COVID-19 LEVEL 4 ALERT RESPONSE
As at 11.59pm 25/03/20 the NZ Government has moved the country into a Level 4 on the Covid-19 threat alert system.
In line with these guidelines, we will be closing our offices.
We are working from home and available to take any enquiries or questions via our usual communication channels.
We will be on call throughout the lockdown period, to support essential services including food production factories, supermarkets and hospitals.
Essential maintenance tasks and emergency call outs will continue to assist in the running of your factories and most importantly, keeping food and people safe.

Daily Declaration of Health
Our team is welcome to stay home during the next four weeks, should they wish.
For the ones who chose to continue work, we have a Daily Declaration of Health.
Every team member signs that they are free from any of the following symptoms: cold, flu, fever/high temperature, chronic cough and/or shortness of breath.
To support this process, we are removing any financial pressure from our employees by:
Reduce Meetings and Travelling together in Vehicles
The two main areas where our people are in close contact are at our daily meetings and teams travelling to and from your site. To control this:
Our morning Pre-start is integral to our company’s HSE management and needs to continue. We have moved this out of our meeting room to our large workshop, providing enough space for all staff to be at least 2m apart.
Avoidance of site cafeterias
We have asked our technicians to come off site for their lunch breaks rather than increase numbers in your staff cafeterias. This will assist reduce pressure in one of your hot spots.
Cleaning and Sanitising program:
We have tripled our standard cleaning program at our own site. We have also implemented an end-or shift fog sanitising program in our:
Stop non-essential Training:
Training of our staff is an essential part of our service, and all online training will continue.
All face-to-face training has been postponed until such time as it is safe to continue.
In Summary, lets support each other
Working in critical hygiene environments, hygiene and sanitisation has always been important to you and us. Now it has become more so.
Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our people and your people through prevention of bringing infection to your workplace. As this pandemic evolves, we will follow all recommendations from the Ministry of Health and the Government agencies.
We need to balance this with a social responsibility towards our people. We want to give you confidence that it is safe for our people to come to your site, keeping them at work, in work and preventing layoffs to reduce further financial stress in our communities.
We can work together to support each other during this unprecedented event.
Please contact Matthew if you have any questions at any time, or if you need assistance on your site with deep cleaning, sanitising and virus control measures. We’re here to help.
