BENEFIT #1: DRY ICE BLASTING CREATES ZERO SECONDARY WASTE

Try this.

Close your eyes and make a picture in your mind of heavy-duty industrial cleaning.

So what was your picture?

Chances are it included something like guys in hard hats and hi-vis overalls water blasting (hydro-jetting) or steam cleaning, using powerful chemicals, or maybe even sand-blasting ?

Yes, all of these cleaning methods are used routinely on industrial sites.

They all have one common problem – they create secondary waste.  Dealing with secondary waste on most industrial sites is a real headache.  It can’t be released into waterways or put into the ground, it often must be collected up and disposed of at an approved waste facility – all rather costly.

DRY ICE BLASTING PRODUCES ZERO SECONDARY WASTE!

This amazing cleaning methodology dislodges the soil and then disappears!

Too good to be true?  No it isn’t.  You’ve got to see it in action to believe it.  Watch a short video clip from Clean-co Systems, Houston, USA demonstrating this here

Here’s how it works:

The Dry Ice pellets (frozen carbon dioxide pellets the size of grains of rice) are fired at the target surface via compressed air, similar to sand blasting. But unlike sandblasting, on impacting with the surface, the Dry Ice pellets instantly change from a solid into a gas (a process called sublimation) and disappear literally into thin air.

So the soil is dislodged and falls to the floor but the cleaning agent simply disappears.

No dirty water, chemicals, abrasive sand/grit, rags, brushes, scourer pads or residue of any kind.

Sweep up the soil – job done!

Now that’s sustainable cleaning!
